Welcome to Mio’s Grill! It was 25 years ago, a young hotelier had a dream of opening his own small restaurant to serve delicious Mediterranean dishes to his guests. Firstly, he had to travel to different regions of Turkey, Greece and Italy to experience traditional cuisines and taste all kinds of local spices that are specific to those cultures. During his journey to the Mediterranean, he discovered the food only gets better with a special blend of love, passion and sharing.

As his mother always told him when he was a little kid: ‘‘First, you should know how to make the best soup and, to make the best soup, you should sprinkle your love in it!’’

After many years of working in the hospitality industry, Chef Bora learned how to provide the best customer experience. To his understanding, there was only one way to make every single guest happy: Treat everyone as your beloved family as you are preparing a nice meal for them!
